Cooperation
To be happy in life it's best to let your past inform your choices and not dictate them. My experience says we'll never solve the issues if we solve it by absolutes. It starts with you not being influenced by someone else's fear. There are infinite possibilities. Infinite potentials. Everything is a choice.

Love
LOVE
You can’t get love ‘out there’ and you can’t measure love. It originates within us and it’s infinite. It doesn’t matter how much your parents did or didn’t love you, how many friends you have or don’t have, or whether your partner does or doesn’t express their love to you. Only you allow or stop the flow of love into your life. No one can give you any more love than you already have
and no one can take it away.
“Love yourself—accept yourself—forgive yourself—and be good to yourself, because without you the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things.” ~Leo F. Buscaglia

Purpose
Life is a dance. The fact is that there is an ebb and flow to life. There are highs and lows. There is bitter and sweet. There are gray days and sunny days and it’s all part of the package. If it were sunshine and roses all the time we’d probably get bored pretty quickly.
How many times in your life you are faced with challenges?
Life gets hard. We all know the difficulty. When I am faced with something I cannot change, I remember to change my focal point – and turn myself around.

Spiritual practice
A Spiritual practice is whatever you consciously choose to do with your lifestyle to expand your consciousness and grow healthfully, discovery of yourself and your existence as a whole. Spirituality is filled with an infinite gamut of experiences based on each individuals very unique personal path. What that means is there is no one size fits all. Each of us is unique and has his or her own spiritual path to follow. We came here to expand consciousness in Infinite ways and therefore there are Infinite ways to explore our spirituality. For me Spiritualism teaches that love is the one constant in this life and the next.
Thank you for being here on this planet at this moment.

Hope & Potentials
Food for Thought from Gil Atkinson:
“Form the habit of saying ‘Yes’ to your good ideas.
Then write down all the reasons why they will work.
There will always be plenty of people around
to tell you why they won’t work.”
Believe
Food for Thought (I don’t know the author):
Learning to BELIEVE – Winning the “Battles of the Day”
Believe 1. Learn to choose the thoughts that enter our minds.
Believe 2. Learn to handle our hurts positively.
Believe 3. Learn to respond positively to temporary defeats and setbacks.

Blending
Food for Thought from Don Ward:
“Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.”
So much more can happen with our hands open. Infinite possibilities. Closing and stubbornly maintaining our grip is often what keeps us stuck.

Success
Life itself, when understood and utilized for what it is, is sweet. Appreciate, learn from and work with whatever happens in everyday life..... the natural result of living is happiness. Life is fun. Enjoy the simple, the quiet, the natural and plain.

Humanity
There are no greater treasures than the highest human qualities such as compassion, courage and hope. Not even tragic accidents or disasters can destroy such treasures of the heart.

Action
It is about remembering to value who I am today, how I got here and where I want to go. In other words, rather than trying to fix what I think is wrong with me - which I do more often than I care to admit - be a little kinder and appreciate the road it took to get to where I am in my life. Keep going!
“Do you want to know who you are? Don't ask. Act! Action will delineate and define you.” ~Thomas Jefferson

Energies of life
Food for Thought from William Bradfield:
“There are those whose lives affect all others around them.
Quietly touching one heart, who in turn, touches another.
Reaching out to ends further than they would ever know.”

Knowledge
Learning from other people is as important as learning from our own experiences. Although unsolicited advice can be annoying and sometimes irrelevant to our own experiences, having open ears and an open mind might save us years of regret. Besides, we can always choose not to consider an opinion.

Mental Outlook
Smile more. We all have a choice. We can choose an inner dialogue of self encouragement and self motivation or we can choose one of self defeat and self pity. Choice is a power we all have. Smile more! It's how you choose to respond.

Fullfillment
Food for Thought from Jeffery J. Mayer:
“If you haven’t got the time to do it right,
when will you find the time to do it over?”
There is no priority like the priority that you take. Don't look for the easy path, look for the productive one. Whatever you do must have some degree of personal meaning to you before you can move on to it. The joy of participation is what puts the value in our lives.

Nature

Nature is very versatile. It has so many facets to it. Every tiny part of nature harmoniously coexists with every other part.

Mother Nature
"Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves."

Perspective
Be willing to step outside of your normal limits and viewpoints and see the world in different ways. This is the time to see a bigger picture.

Everywhere, everyday.....
Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge. The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child. The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife. Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there. When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said, "Nothing, I just helped him cry"

To build, to grow
One of the key elements of all relationships is that they are healthiest when they grow as they choose. You are healthiest when you can take the steps of action knowing that they are yours and just do them without permission and without need to gain permission and without need for self defense.

We grow in relationships
Without relationships...... There is no joy. There is no laughter. There is no magic.
Relationships are not guaranteed. Relationships are work. You don't have to fix the other person. You just have to participate with the relationship. In order to participate with the relationship you have to embrace the relationship for what it is rather than the illusion of what you think it should be.

Solutions
It's about focus. If you can stand back or close enough in your focus, you can find that point of power where you are not the victim of life but the participant with life.

Oneness
Nothing we do is ever done in the vacuum of aloneness. Everything we have done is somehow linked to a network form of energies. We are the participants With Life.

Enjoy everyday
Every tiny part of nature harmoniously co-exists with every other part. There is unity in harmony. It is magical. We need harmony in our lives too. The frequency has got to be rhythmic and harmonious, to take proper shape. Nature is ours first teacher. Nature teaches us so many simple, yet invaluable lessons of life, which would improve the quality of human life. Everyday, we can learn something from it. The lessons it teaches are unfathomable and never-ending. Nature is an abode of learning and a treasure trove of wisdom. All great philosophers in the world have been students of Mother Nature. It does not take a very wise man to learn from nature. All it takes is some amount of time and observation. And believe me, you will not regret it!

Silence
We so often forget to make time just to be quiet with ourselves and it is so important for our well-being. Take the time this week to sit quietly and listen to your true Self. Allow yourself to relish in stillness.

All Relationships
So, I'm running around like a CRAZY woman, trying to get WAY more done than is humanly possible... when suddenly MY PHONE RINGS and I think oh no, WHAT NOW?! But then I see it's a Friend and I SMILE, and, for a while anyway, things aren't quite so hectic. My Friend lifts my mood and keeps me laughing through the chaos. What more could anyone ask for in a FRIEND?

Giver & Taker
A Thought for the day.
"A hug is the one present, that's always worth giving!"
A special note about hugging:
Hugging is healthy. It helps the body's immune system. It cures depression. It reduces stress. It's rejuvenating. It has no unpleasant side effects. It is God's miracle drug! It is all natural, it contains no chemicals, artificial ingredients, no pesticides, and no preservatives!
Hugging is practically perfect. There are no parts to break down, no monthly payments, non-taxable, non-polluting, and of course ........ fully returnable!
A big hug, is the best gift anyone can give. The beauty of a big hug is, you can be............a giver AND a taker, at the same time!

Courageous
Part of standing up for what you believe in is learning to be courageous. Courage doesn't mean you're not afraid. Many courageous people are afraid, but they act anyway because they know it's important. If you really believe in your cause, you need to act on it despite your fear.
Food for Thought from Michael Nolan:
“It’s not who we are that holds us back, it’s who we think we’re not.”
